Intro to Wheel Throwing

You’ll get a great introduction to the clay world, I will demonstrate the steps to making a cup on the pottery wheel and talk about the steps it takes for your piece to become ceramic.

The goal is for you to make one or two pieces during the span of the class. Ideal for beginners or those with some experience who want some extra tips and tricks.

I will then be taking care of the piece for you, just let me know what glaze you want. Ready for pick-up in 2-4 weeks.

As always I provide the tools, the material, beverages + a big space for learning and discovery.

Workshop is held at Espace Privé studio, 8280 Boul. Saint-Laurent #400

About me: I have 12 years of pottery experience along with six years teaching wheel throwing classes. I also have degrees in psychology & fashion design! My world revolves around clay, teaching is very much part of my practice: to share my technical knowledge, as well as my inner connection to the art and journey of wheel-throwing.
